OfferChina’s Customer Service department has received many inquiries as to what’s the best way to pay for an order. I’d like to relay a little information from Customer Service to our many buyers and let you know that the quickest and most secure forms of payment are:

Bank To Bank Wire Transfers
Western Union
If you choose to pay by personal check please be aware that it could take as long as 45 days for the necessary financial institutions to clear your payment. Sellers will put together orders only after your payment has been cleared and deposited into an escrow account. During this processsing period, it is possible that the products you requested may no longer beavailable by the Seller.
We take many precautions to keep payment by personal checks a secure form of payment. However, we cannot not be responsible for lost, misplaced or the unauthorized use of personal checks.
